From his youth to his prime, Lin Mingfang has been determined and passionate, living from the heart. With a down-to-earth attitude and steady development, I have left my brilliant life with every step I take. Modest and peaceful, refined yet magnanimous, with wise eyes and sincere smiles, one can sense the demeanor and boldness of a scholar-type leader. This is the first impression Lin Mingfang gives people. In his eyes, starting a business means being down-to-earth, having an enterprising spirit, being persistent, being able to endure loneliness and hardship, and finding a group of like-minded partners to work together in order to achieve success. Fortunately, he took the right path. According to the information, Lin Mingfang was born in July 1962 in Changle, Fuzhou, Fujian Province. He graduated from Beijing Language and Culture University with a major in Business Administration. Currently, he serves as the chairman and general manager of Sanhe Garment Co., Ltd. in Changle City, Fujian Province. The entrepreneurial experience has not been smooth sailing. He is a native of Changle, born into a poor family. He has nine siblings and is the seventh. Fortunately, among his brothers, he was the one with the highest educational attainment and had completed high school. However, due to his family's financial difficulties, he had no choice but to start from scratch through his own efforts. With the enterprising melody of striving, moving forward, weathering storms and singing high songs all the way, he completed a magnificent transformation from an apprentice, section chief, factory director, general manager to chairman. It led to the success of the enterprise he devoted himself to, the career he pursued with great dedication, and an extraordinary life.

In the early days of reform and opening up, knitting factories sprang up like mushrooms in the coastal towns of Changle. In 1982, Lin Mingfang, in his early twenties, seized the spring breeze of reform and started as an apprentice in the clothing industry. Four years later, he was promoted to the position of technical department head at the First Garment Factory in Changle. Subsequently, he served as the technical factory director at the Baofeng Garment Co., Ltd. in Yingqian, Changle, and at the Changsong Garment Factory in Changle. Along with the rapid economic development of Changle, In 1996, he founded Changle Sanhe Garment Co., Ltd. together with three friends. He has served as the chairman and general manager since then. In April 2006, a Party branch was established. Currently, there are 7 full members and 3 active applicants for Party membership. Lin Mingfang's career has been climbing steadily. According to the information, Fujian Changle Sanhe Garment Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 and is a comprehensive enterprise integrating the development, design, production, sales and service of functional clothing. The company is located on the banks of the Dongjiang River in Changle, connected to the Minjiang River and adjacent to Taiwan. The company has a construction area of 22,000 square meters and currently employs over 500 people. It has a leading brand "Kangheliang" mask production line, with products covering medical protective clothing, non-medical daily protective clothing, medical masks, non-medical masks, flat masks and other series of products. It was awarded the title of key enterprise by the municipal government and passed the ISO9001.2000 quality certification in 2002. On December 31, 2013, it obtained the certificate of safety production standardization. The company has a complete enterprise management system and a comprehensive product quality inspection system. People-oriented and honest operation

Changle is located by the seaside and has always suffered from severe wind, flood and drought. It is also a low mountain and hilly area with extremely limited arable land. The per capita arable land is only six fen, and in some natural villages, it is even less than three fen, making it difficult to make a living.
